Nora Fok – Cloud Nylon website

Today saw the launch of – a website to for the exhibition of Nora Fok’s contemporary jewellery pieces. We were initially approached by Brochocka Baynes who are the directors for the exhibition to produce, initially, a website to go alongside the exhibition that opened today at the Harley Gallery. We since went on to produce all of the exhibition panels that will accompany the tour.

The website also includes a How to section which gives users a step by step guide including video and downloadable PDF to enable them to make some of the pieces themselves at home. They can then also post a photo of their creation in the online gallery for everyone else to see and hopefully gain inspiration from.

It was a pleasure to work with Brochocka Baynes and the Harley Gallery and we very much look forward to working on future projects together.

Take a look at the website to see some of the fantastic pieces of jewellery that Nora produces and if you, get down to a gallery near you to see the exhibition for yourself. Further details of where it will be touring can be found on the Cloud Nylon site.

Hi. The details I have are:

“I created this piece intuitively, just as Kandinsky created ‘Several Circles’. To me, the body was the canvas, the circles of vibrating energy flow around the body. The layering and overlapping discs in the composition emphasise their translucency.”

        Hope that helps.
