onelocation.com advertises holiday rental property in Cape Town and the Western Cape of South Africa. The idea for the blog was so that onelocation could keep holidaymakers and property owners informed with all the latest site information as well as marketing ideas and general rants about the site without having to go through the technical development team to do so. Payment is required in two instalments. 50% is due once work commences on your site and the remaining 50% is due when the site is positioned live, or handed over to the client.

Where design work is needed, after the initial design presentation, we have one round of changes and amends’ thereafter we only allow type and minor changes to the site, any major changes, re-design will be charged at our hourly rate of £40 per hour and discussed with the client prior to engagement.
