Word and Character Counter

There’s quite a few occasions where a character and word counter comes in handy. Here at Dare to Think we use it for counting the length of website titles and descriptions when doing our SEO work. For example, your website title should ideally be 64 characters as Google truncates at 66 characters or the last full word. Your website description should ideally be no longer than 160 characters and consist of 24 to 26 words. We’ve used this method a number of times and it seems to be spot on.
